Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales periods or product launches

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Softline Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at softlineco86@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package and product(s)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
