Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Gift cards

• Final sale or promotional items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at softlineco86@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
